KLASIK

KLASIK models
The coldrooms of this model type offer an absolute flexibility. They are produced with various internal volumes ranging from approximately 4 m3 up to 1000 m3.

INSULATION – Environmentally Friendly and Power Efficient
The modular coldrooms and chambers of HORAK system are assembled with sandwich-type insulation panels and sets of corner elements. The insulation core of the panels is made of rigid polyurethane foam (PU) without CFC substances. The thickness of the insulation used in the KLASIK  coldroom refrigerators is 75 mm, and that is125 mm in coldroom freezers. The thickness of the insulation used in MINI coldroom refrigerators is 75 mm, as a standard.

SURFACE FINISHING – Hygiene and Aesthetics
The basic model of a panel surface is made of a white lacquered and galvanized steel plate 0.6 mm thick covered with protective foil. On request the coldroom refrigerators can be supplied with a stainless steel plate or a white lacquered aluminium plate or with a combination of these materials.

CONNECTION TECHNIQUE – Strength and Durability
A special connecting groove-and-feather system with eccentric locks allows precise and quick assembly and ensures lasting strength and rigidity of the insulation casing. The connection of this type meets strict hygiene requirements and guarantees that the outside casing remains perfectly vapour-proof.

MODULE & DIMENSIONS – Optimal Utilization of Space
The coldrooms with a lock system are supplied with module internal ground size of 250 mm (the minimal length of one side is 1000 mm). External ground dimensions are larger: +150 mm – coldrooms with the thickness of the internal insulation of 75 mm +250 mm – coldrooms with the thickness of the internal insulation of 125 mm. The height of the insulated space of the KLASIK modelmay vary according to the wishes expressed by the end-user (the internal heights of 2.2m up to the maximum of 6m are used to build the smaller coldrooms, as a standard.). The coldrooms and chambers can be assembled in various functional combinations, structured in accordance with the available space and preferences of the end-user.

DOORS – Comfort and Choice
In order to ensure the ease of access and entry into refrigerators, freezers and other insulated space, the company offers a comprehensive selection of refrigerating, freezing and industrial doors of the HORAK brand (for more see individual product categories).

FLOORING – Load Capacity and Safety
The flooring of the insulation space can be provided in the following variations in accordance with the end-users’ requirements:

  • The floor suitable for areas with manual handling of goods (a sandwich-type PU panel covered by a pressure-distribution aluminium layer with anti-slip finish, or covered by waterproof plywood with plastic anti-slip surface). This design is used, for example, in the MINI model coldrooms.
  • The floor suitable for areas with increased load capacity and use of manually operated trolleys on rubber wheels (a sandwich-type PU panel with waterproof plywood covered by a pressure- distribution layer from aluminium or stainless steel with anti-slip finish).
  • The floor suitable for areas with the highest load capacity – insulated concrete construction.

REFRIGERATING UNITS – Performance, Effectiveness and Flexibility
The insulation coldrooms and chambers are equipped with refrigerating units of a wide range of performance characteristics and model types (ranging from monoblock units to multicompressor cooling systems). The company’s offered solutions enable positioning of evaporators of the refrigerating equipment on the walls and ceilings of the insulated space.
